What is an industrial sieve ? - Consumable material during screening.
Screening - the process of separation (filtration) of the material into certain fractions by the method of vibration of the material on the sieve surface. The fraction of the screening material depends on the size of the cell in the screen itself.
The use of polyurethane sieves is an alternative to the use of similar products from rubber and metal. Such products are popularly called - screening panels or modules. Polyurethane screening panels are characterized by high strength, abrasion and tear resistance, good resistance to oils, organic solvents and ultraviolet rays. Through such screening modules are usually filtered: ores, slags, coal, sand, coke, limestone and other species requiring filtration. Due to the durability of products made of polyurethane when replacing metal screens for screens with polyurethane screening surfaces, the number of scheduled maintenance is significantly reduced, it becomes possible to obtain a cleaner product with restrictions on the number of inclusions.
Polyurethane sieves are used at all stages of screening, due to the large variety of cell shapes and sizes. Such products are quite often found in such industrial areas as:
The modular design of the screen allows the replacement of a worn module, and not the entire screening element as a whole. The size and number of such screen modules depend on the design of the screen. Fastening of a product is carried out with the help of slats, wedges, bolts or in another way upon the customer's request. If you are interested in such advantages as a long service life, ease of installation and the replacement of a modular screening element (panel) in minutes if it is damaged, then you are on the right path in choosing screening panels.
